A Coronation Celebration – Fantastic Falconry!
Bank Holiday Monday 8 May, 11am – 4pm | Worcestershire County Museum at Hartlebury Castle
A coronation celebration!
See fantastic falconry displays at this special coronation bank holiday Monday in celebration of King Charles III being crowned on Saturday 6 May.
Children can experience being crowned like a monarch in the Great Hall, meet “King Henry” and follow a royal trail around the castle.
Visitors can view reproductions of costumes worn by King George III and Queen Charlotte. These costumes can also be seen in Hartlebury Castle’s paintings that were presented to Bishop Hurd by King George following his visit here with the Queen and princesses in 1788.
Save some energy for the brilliant play area! Refuel at Hayley’s Kitchen café on-site, or settle into one of the lovely picnic areas which have accessible benches. Parking is free.
Whole-site admission applies + 50p for the trail; booking in advance is recommended and is available via the link below.
