About the artist

Inner Knowings is an emerging local artist whose creativity has long been a great support to her mental health.

Her projects, including the Big Worcester Doodle and penguin Doodle McZenguin featured in the Waddle of Worcester trail in 2024, aim to highlight the benefits of basic creative methods for increasing mindfulness and improving mental wellbeing whilst maintaining a non-judgmental approach to creativity.
