Letters from the Past – drama & creative writing family workshop

Join experienced drama-therapist Gergo Danka for a fun drama workshop in our welcoming Activity Space, drawing inspiration from our new and exciting Titanic: Honour & Glory exhibition.

Travel back in time to 1912 and imagine for a moment that you are safely aboard the HMS Titanic, writing a letter or a postcard to a friend or a relative, telling them about your great adventure. How does it feel to be on board this new vessel? What can you see and hear all around you? Where are you heading? What did you pack? What are your dreams for the future?

Expect creative writing, imagination and conversation – and even a bit of time travel!

This is a pre-booked workshop – spaces are limited to a maximum of 12 people (including adults and children). Please note, we are remaining positive that the government’s roadmap will go as planned. However, following their announcement on 14 June, numbers may be restricted further – we will contact anyone affected in plenty of time if this is the case.
