Living History 2023
All day, Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 February | The Commandery
Come face to face with the past at The Commandery’s biggest weekend of the year!
Walk through living history encampments, watch marvellous military displays, and see musketeers, pikemen, Vikings and pirates in action throughout the historic Commandery.
The site will be alive with performances by musicians, dancers, and you can learn about traditional crafts too.
Encounter reenactors throughout the beautiful Grade-1 listed building and gardens, where they’ll be demonstrating and displaying historical weaponry. It’ll be an exciting day out for the whole family.
There will be a full schedule of timed displays and drills throughout the day. Firing will take place in the gardens at:
- 1.50pm and 4.20pm on Saturday
- 3.10pm on Sunday
Living History 2023 is organised in partnership with The Worcester Re-enactors.
Plan your visit
- Saturday 11 February – 10am to 5pm (last entry 4pm)
- Sunday 12 February – 10am to 4pm (last entry 3pm)
Usual admission applies; free admission to those with a season or residents’ pass.
There’s no need to book, just turn up and enjoy!
