Opening times
Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum is open
Tuesday to Saturday, 10am – 4pm. Sundays, 10am – 3pm. [Closed Mondays and bank holidays].
The Chemist Shop is usually open on the first Friday of every month from 11am to 3pm.
Christmas opening hours
The Art Gallery and Museum is open until Tuesday 24 December inclusive (closed Monday 23 December / closed Mondays and bank holidays).
Closed Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 December.
Open Friday 27, Saturday 28, Sunday 29, Tuesday 31 December (closed Monday 30 December).
Closed Wednesday 1 January. Open from Thursday 2 January as normal.
Little Al’s at the Balcony café is open
Tuesday to Saturday, 10am – 3.30pm. Sundays, 10am – 2.30pm.
The café will close at 2pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve (last orders 1.30pm).
The café will be closed for annual maintenance on Tuesday 7 January, reopening on Wednesday 8 January.

- There are several steps up to the front entrance on Foregate Street; there is a level-access entrance at pavement level on Taylor’s Lane with a lift which services all floors
- A wheelchair is available for public use

- Guide and assistance dogs welcome

Getting to Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum
If you are travelling by train, Worcester Foregate Street Station is a 2-minute walk from the museum, and Shrub Hill Station is a 15-minute walk.

Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum does not offer on-site parking; however, nearby car parks include:
